PAYMENT
La Femme Rousse accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.

La Femme Rousse encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

Delivery
La Femme Rousse strives to ensure that orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will not be shipped until the following business day. During busy periods there may be slight delays but delivery will always be within 2-4 business days.

La Femme Rousse ensures delivery with GLS to the recipient at the address requested in the order. Timely delivery, however, requires that GLS adheres to day-to-day delivery. If delays occur at GLS, this will delay the delivery accordingly in relation to the requested delivery date.

GLS quality targets for delivery reliability are a minimum of 97% for letter parcels and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. Please note, however, that these percentages are averages and may cover large local and time-limited variations. La Femme Rousse cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS. In the event of very late deliveries (several days) or outright non-delivery, La Femme Rousse will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by GLS's goal of same-day delivery, as shipments to these areas can in some cases take 2 days. La Femme Rousse always takes same-day delivery as a starting point. As a sender, you can choose the delivery date One day earlier to compensate for this.

Packages must be sent with delivery to our warehouse. We do not accept packages delivered to parcel shops or other pickup locations. We do not accept packages sent with DAO.
You cannot return web orders to our studio in Copenhagen.

The product must be in the same condition as upon receipt, if this is not the case, we reserve the right to reject the returned product.
We must receive return packages within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, the package will be returned.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
La Femme Rousse grants a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sales Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly resulting from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered during normal examination of the product must be notified to La Femme Rousse within a reasonable time. The product can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, credit. In connection with warranty cases, La Femme Rousse will bear return costs to a reasonable extent.

REFUND
In the case of agreed decors, returned goods or prepaid goods that are cancelled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and La Femme Rousse therefore needs information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be provided without further ado by email or other traditional form of correspondence.

RIGHT OF CANCELATION
There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, you simply have to return the goods in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received them. Once the goods have been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. La Femme Rousse will help you with a return label from a Danish address. The right to rectification
We will correct any incorrect personal information for you. If you have become aware of any errors in the information we have registered about you, please contact us in writing, after which we will correct the information.

The right to erasure
There may be cases where you have the right to have all or part of your personal data deleted by us. However, this does not apply to cases where your information is necessary for us, for example to comply with legal obligations.

The right to restrict processing to storage

There may also be cases where you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data to storage only. For example, if you believe that the information is incorrect.
