You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the goods.

We always recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of sending the package – in case it gets lost en route. You are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it.

We will deduct a handling fee of 35,- when you return.

Condition of the item upon return

The product must be in the same condition as upon receipt, if this is not the case, we reserve the right to reject the returned product.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

As soon as we have received the returned item, we will refund the amount within 3-5 business days.
